Gateway
Goal: Gateway decided to go into the retail business and created a chain of computer stores called Gateway Country. Their model was to have the consumer pick out their computer at the store and Gateway would deliver directly to their house.
KHLIncentive Support: To insure the customer left with good will, KHLIncentive developed and created a mini computer box stuffed with various cow related products. The idea was to give the consumer a feel good gift to let them know they were now part of the Gateway family.
Expectation or Outcome: First year sales topped over 1 million units. Gateway called it the best $3.00 they ever spent on a promotional product thanks to KHLIncentive.
